Email logs and resending

Filter email activity, inspect delivery attempts, resend messages, and configure log retention.

Use Jooosi Mail → Logs → Email to follow each message from submission to its final delivery status. The log records the message lifecycle and the attempts made by provider connections.

Find a message#

  1. Open Logs, then choose Email.
  2. Search by subject or recipient, or narrow the list by status, connection, and date range.
  3. Select a message to review its status, delivery error, and connection attempts.

The overview counts messages marked sent, queued, and failed. A failure detail can include errors from multiple attempted connections.

Resend an email#

  1. Open the message details and choose Resend email.
  2. Review the confirmation showing the recipient and subject.
  3. Confirm to submit a new copy.

Resending creates a new mail lifecycle through the current delivery and routing settings. The original log stays unchanged. You can resend a retained message in any status, so check first that it is not already queued or processing: sending a new copy may cause duplicate delivery. Stale scheduling and message identity headers are removed from the new submission.

Control log retention#

Choose Jooosi Mail → Settings → Logs to retain email logs indefinitely or for a custom number of days. Messages that are pending, queued, or processing stay available while delivery is active. When logging is disabled, terminal sent and failed log rows and their attempt history are removed after delivery completes.

For queue status and retry tools, see Queue operations and retries. For global delivery settings, see Global settings.
