What is TurboSMTP?#
TurboSMTP provides API and SMTP relay services for sending application email. Read more on the official website and in the official documentation.
Profile#
The Jooosi Mail TurboSMTP profile supports these transports and settings:
- Transport schemes:
turbosmtp+api(default) andturbosmtp+smtp. - API: enter the required consumer key and consumer secret in
consumer_keyandconsumer_secret. - SMTP: enter the required SMTP username and password in
smtp_usernameandsmtp_password. - Region:
global(default) oreu; EU selects the EU API/SMTP host.
Select a transport scheme and fill in the fields shown for that scheme. Secret fields should be copied from your provider account and kept private.
Create the connection#
- In WordPress admin, open Jooosi Mail → Connections and choose New connection.
- Enter a descriptive Connection name and select TurboSMTP in Profile.
- Choose the transport scheme and enter the matching required credentials listed in the Profile section.
- Review the sender, routing, and advanced settings for this connection.
- Choose Create connection to save it.
For the shared connection workflow, see Provider profiles and transports.
Verify delivery#
Follow Send a test email and send it to a mailbox you can check. A test sends a real email. Check the mailbox and Jooosi Mail → Logs for the attempt status. See Email logs and resending for details.
Webhooks#
This profile does not declare a TurboSMTP webhook adapter. Review sending results in Jooosi Mail email logs and provider-side account tools.
Troubleshooting#
- Use consumer key/secret for API, or SMTP username/password for SMTP; the fields are not interchangeable. If your account is in the EU, choose the EU region. Confirm the sender and credentials with TurboSMTP, then inspect the latest connection attempt. For more detail on a failed attempt, review Jooosi Mail email logs.
