What is SendPulse?#

SendPulse offers email sending through API credentials or its SMTP service. Read more on the official website and in the official documentation.

Profile#

The Jooosi Mail SendPulse profile supports these transports and settings:

  • Transport schemes: sendpulse+api (default), sendpulse+smtp, and sendpulse+smtps.
  • API: enter the required client ID in client_id and client secret in client_secret.
  • SMTP or SMTPS: enter the required SMTP username in username and password in password.
  • Client secret and password are secret fields. The profile has no other provider-specific options.

Select a transport scheme and fill in the fields shown for that scheme. Secret fields should be copied from your provider account and kept private.

Create the connection#

  1. In WordPress admin, open Jooosi Mail → Connections and choose New connection.
  2. Enter a descriptive Connection name and select SendPulse in Profile.
  3. Choose the transport scheme and enter the matching required credentials listed in the Profile section.
  4. Review the sender, routing, and advanced settings for this connection.
  5. Choose Create connection to save it.

For the shared connection workflow, see Provider profiles and transports.

Verify delivery#

Follow Send a test email and send it to a mailbox you can check. A test sends a real email. Check the mailbox and Jooosi Mail → Logs for the attempt status. See Email logs and resending for details.

Webhooks#

This profile does not declare a SendPulse webhook adapter. Use Jooosi Mail email logs to review delivery attempts and provider responses.

Troubleshooting#

Check that the credentials match the selected scheme: client ID and client secret for API, or SMTP username and password for SMTP/SMTPS.Verify any sender requirements in SendPulse, then inspect the latest connection attempt in Jooosi Mail email logs. For more detail on a failed attempt, review Jooosi Mail email logs.
