What is Emailit?#

Emailit is an email sending service with API and SMTP transports. Visit Emailit and its documentation for account, domain, and credential setup. Official links: Emailit website · Emailit documentation.

Profile#

The profile supports emailit+api (default), emailit+smtp, and emailit+smtps. API requires an Emailit API key. SMTP and SMTPS require the Emailit SMTP API key, entered in the SMTP API key field. This profile does not declare provider webhooks.

Create the connection#

Before you start, create or prepare your Emailit account, sending domain or sender identity, and the credentials for the transport you will use. Keep credentials private.

  1. In WordPress admin, open Jooosi Mail → Connections and choose New connection.
  2. Enter a descriptive Connection name and select Emailit in Profile.
  3. Choose the transport scheme and enter only the settings listed for it in the Profile section.
  4. Review the sender, routing, and advanced settings, then choose Create connection to save it.

Verify delivery#

Use Send a test email with this connection and send a message to a mailbox you can check. The test sends a real email. Confirm it arrives and review Jooosi Mail → Logs for the attempt status and provider response.

Webhooks#

This profile does not declare a provider webhook adapter. Use Jooosi Mail email logs to review sending attempts and delivery status.

Troubleshooting#

Check that the API key is entered for API transport, or the SMTP API key is entered for either SMTP scheme. Confirm the chosen scheme matches the service configuration and sender domain.
