Iconify gives Jooosi Icon a large catalog of icons organized into collections. Use the collection prefix and icon name, separated by a colon. For example: lucide:arrow-right, mdi:home, or bi:check-circle.
Browse and search#
- Open the icon picker from the Jooosi Icon block, widget, element, or field.
- Search for a collection name or an icon name. You can enter a full name such as
lucide:arrow-right. - Select a result to add it to the editor, then set its size and color in the editor controls.
Use the Iconify collection browser to explore collection prefixes and icon names. More than 150 collections and 200,000 icons are available through the Iconify catalog.
How icons are loaded#
Iconify icons are requested from the Iconify API when needed, then cached by Jooosi Icon. They are not stored in your WordPress uploads folder. Your WordPress server needs outbound access to the API for first-time requests and searches.
If an icon fails to load, check that the prefix and icon name are correct and that the server can reach Iconify. Uploaded SVGs and bundled icons are served locally and do not depend on the Iconify API. See Local SVG Icons for local assets.
