Create a connection to let Jooosi Mail deliver messages through your provider or SMTP server.

Before you start#

  • Confirm that your provider account is active and your sending domain or address is verified.
  • Keep the API key or SMTP password available. Enter it only in the matching credential field.

Create the connection#

  1. Open Jooosi Mail → Connections, then choose New connection.
  2. Enter a clear connection name, such as Primary transactional.
  3. Choose the provider profile and a transport scheme. The available schemes depend on the selected profile.
  4. Enter the required provider credentials and any other required fields. Leave Raw DSN override blank to let Jooosi Mail build the transport from the profile fields.
  5. Keep advanced settings inherited unless you need a connection-specific sender identity, routing preference, rate limit, circuit breaker, or webhook configuration.
  6. Leave the connection enabled if it should be eligible to send, then choose Create connection.

Next, send a test email and check its result in Email Logs.
